Role & Responsibilities: We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Business Development Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The BDE’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.

To be successful as a Business Development Executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing telesales executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Product Marketing & Design

Role & Responsibilities: Understanding the photography product and related industry.

  • Create social media posts, including banners, infographics, blogs, launch updates, etc.
  • Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives.
  • Preparing weekly reports and calendars.
  • Manage social calendar, share and publish the content on all social media platforms.
  • Finding new opportunities for collaboration in related markets. Work alongside creative and design teams to promote best practices for social creative assets.
  • Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization.
  • Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
  • Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.
  • Conducting research to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the product and industry.
  • Collaborate with content marketers and the digital team to distribute content in ways that engage our social media audiences and encourage engagement.

Skills Required:

  1. Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  2. An understanding of SEO best practices.
  3. Knowledge of free-to-use graphics tools like Canva and other related tools. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Deep understanding of social media platforms more generally, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  5. Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  6. Working knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing.
  7. Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and email marketing tools.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including but not limited to blog posts, whitepapers, webinars & infographics)
  • Create & optimize meta title and description to increase click-through rates
  • Increase inbound customer purchases through SEO-focused product descriptions
  • Research industry-related topics (small-medium-business) and Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
  • Create email content for drip campaigns for new users
  • Creating content for email campaigns for existing customers to understand our products better & increase returning customer revenue
  • Create Ad copy for social media ads to increase product revenue
  • Able to create social media posts on Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn to boost engagement
  • Create short-form content such as SMS for customer engagements.

Skills Required:

  1. 2+ years of experience in relevant field ( e-commerce background has an advantage)
  2. Prior SEO knowledge
  3. Prior experience in blogging or any form of content creation

Technology

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Solid experience as Backend Developer of at least 5 years in total: out of which at least last 2 years in Python.
  • Experience with Python frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask)
  • Experience developing microservices in the cloud.
  • Analyze, design and develop scalable services and components.
  • Design, implement, test, and support internal and external APIs and services.
  • Build efficient back-end features in Python.
  • Integrate front-end components into applications.
  • Manage testing and bug fixes.
  • Prepare technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code.
  • Should have knowledge of deployment to local and cloud servers.
  • Mentoring junior team members.
  • Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements.

Skills Required:

  1. Understanding of RDBMS and SQL
  2. Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
  3. Python APIs, the remaining experience can be in Python/Java.
  4. Experience developing and working with RESTful web services is required. Spring Core, Spring Boot experience is a big plus.
