At Canvera, it's our passion to ensure our photobooks do justice to the hard work you put in behind every image. But at times, even the best of our efforts doesn’t meet your desired expectations.

If you are ever dissatisfied with the final product, please report the issue within 10 days from delivery. You can either call us at 1-800-419-0570 or email at mrp@canvera.com

To initiate a return, fill & submit the online form. And have your photobook sent to us.

We will reprint the photobook and have it sent over within 10 days.

To expedite the process, click the pictures of flawed photobooks and email at mrp@canvera.com

However, following instances aren’t covered in the return policy

  1. Wrongly archived images
  2. Blurred, low res, pixelated or poor quality images
  3. Content error, spellings, typos
  4. Faulty layouts & asymmetrical image placement
  5. Adding/removing/replacing the images or sheets
  6. Mishandling of the photobooks
